By providing your contact information (mobile number and email address) and opting in via our website forms, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not complete your registration or opt in to our communication channels.

1. Program Description & Express Consent

By opting in via our website, you grant express consent to InsureZone, Inc. to send you communications via electronic mail (email) and text messages (including SMS and MMS). These communications may include insurance quotes, policy statuses, renewal reminders, billing alerts, claims updates, and occasional marketing newsletters. Consenting to receive text messages or marketing emails is completely optional and is not a requirement or condition of purchasing any insurance products or services from us.

2. Message Frequency & Carrier Charges

  • Communication Frequency: The frequency of text messages and emails varies depending on your specific policy status, active claims, or ongoing quote requests.
  • Carrier Rates Apply: Message and data rates may apply for any text messages sent or received. Please consult your mobile carrier plan to understand your standard text messaging and data fees. InsureZone, Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile provider.

3. Opt-Out Framework (How to Stop Communications)

You retain absolute control over how we communicate with you and can opt out at any time:

  • To Stop Text Messages: Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single, final automated confirmation text stating that you have been unsubscribed from mobile messaging. No further texts will be sent unless you explicitly opt back in.
  • To Stop Email Communications: Click the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any marketing or informational email we send you. Alternatively, you can reply directly to any email with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
  • Note on Transactional Emails: Opting out of promotional emails will not halt critical, non-promotional transactional messages regarding your active insurance policies, legally required notifications, billing updates, or ongoing claims management.

4. Customer Support (Help)

If you experience problems with our text messaging or email communication programs, reply to any text message with the keyword HELP or INFO, or contact our customer support team directly through the contact channels on our website.
